Two Nebraska Institutions Join Forces to Shape the Future of Bellevue

Omaha, Neb. (May 12, 2025) – NP Dodge, the longest-running real estate company in the United States, partners with Nebraska’s oldest city to bring the Good Life Entertainment District to life in Bellevue.

Two of Nebraska’s most historic institutions are teaming up to build the future. NP Dodge Company, celebrating its 170th anniversary in 2025 as the oldest real estate firm in the United States, is partnering with the City of Bellevue – the oldest continuous settlement in Nebraska – to market and sell commercial lots for the Bellevue City Good Life Entertainment District.

The transformative development spans 575 acres near Highways 34 and 75 and will be anchored by Bellevue Bay, a 100,000-square-foot indoor water park that broke ground in March 2025. Upon completion in early 2027, Bellevue Bay will rank as the fourth-largest indoor water park in the country and will feature a retractable roof for year-round fun. The development is expected to draw 600,000 visitors annually, strategically located within 400 miles of major Midwestern cities like Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City and Des Moines.

NAI NP Dodge commercial agents Maddie Graeve, Brian Thomas and Sam Estivo are representing shovel-ready commercial pad sites ranging from 6.73 to 32.65 acres. These sites come fully equipped with public roads and utilities and are zoned Mixed Use (MU) – ideal for retail, hospitality, entertainment, dining, and more.

The collaboration between NP Dodge and Bellevue is a natural fit. Founded in 1855, NP Dodge has helped shape the landscape of Omaha and the surrounding region for generations. Bellevue, established in 1822, has long been a cornerstone of Nebraska’s cultural and economic history. Together, they represent a legacy of leadership – and a shared vision for continued growth.
