NAI NP Dodge Adds Alex Beltran as Commercial Agent

OMAHA (November 2, 2026) – NAI NP Dodge is pleased to announce the addition of Alex Beltran as a commercial real estate agent. As a licensed salesperson in Nebraska, he provides comprehensive brokerage services for all property types but has a particular interest in industrial properties. 

A native of Los Angeles, Beltran started working for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Real Estate in 2011 in Beverly Hills, Calif., selling luxury homes. He moved to Omaha in 2018 and joined BHHS Ambassador Commercial as a real estate agent.

At that same time, Beltran launched HCDK Productions, a multi-media and video production company, which he still operates today. The company helps clients produce podcasts and event livestreams.

Beltran attended California State University Northridge, where he studied business administration and marketing. In his free time, he competes in triathlons and has completed a 70.3 triathlon in Omaha. He hopes to cross the finish line for a full 140.6 full Ironman in the near future. For his first attempt at a full Ironman, he “made the mistake of doing it in the rugged Swiss Alps.” Nebraska should be a little easier!
