Ava LeGrand-Swanson Joins NAI NP Dodge

OMAHA (April 28, 2026) – NAI NP Dodge is pleased to announce the addition of Ava LeGrand-Swanson as a licensed commercial real estate salesperson. She will provide comprehensive brokerage services for all property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land. 

LeGrand-Swanson graduated from Kansas State University this past December with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a minor in Leadership.  

While in college, she was an athlete on the volleyball team and was the starting setter and captain of the 2025 team that made the NCAA tournament. She was 2nd Team All-Big 12 and 1st Team All-Region in 2025 as well as an Academic All-Big 12 honoree in 2023, 2024 and 2025. In high school, she received All-American honors, playing volleyball for Papillion-La Vista South High School.

LeGrand-Swanson’s previous real estate experience includes working for Back 9 Development in Manhattan, Kan., where she worked in marketing and client relations. She also works on the side privately coaching volleyball players. 

Her community service includes Cats in the Classroom, a community outreach program in which Kansas State athletes engage with local elementary schools. She also served as a volleyball camp counselor and was a member of the Kansas State Athletics Women Leaders group.
