Amber Olson Joins NAI NP Dodge
OMAHA (July 7, 2026) – NAI NP Dodge is pleased to announce the addition of Amber Olson as Vice President. As a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska, she has more than 20 years of commercial experience and is one of the Omaha area’s leading retail brokers.
Olson comes to NAI NP Dodge from ACCESS Commercial, where she served as senior brokerage associate, focusing on shopping center leasing, at the national and local level, with more than 3 million square feet represented. She has deep relationships with countless retail brands and extensive experience representing landlords, tenants and developers.
Earlier in her career, Olson worked as an asset manager and leasing agent for Dial Properties Co.
Over the years, she has worked with major retailers, including Barnes and Noble, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Five Below, HomeGoods, Michael’s, Rally House, Sierra, Ulta, Ross, Ace Hardware, Golf Galaxy, Skechers, Hy-Vee Grocer and many others.

Olson majored in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2008. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake with her family.
