Allison Schmitt Joins NAI NP Dodge

OMAHA (July 13, 2026) – NAI NP Dodge is pleased to announce the addition of Allison Schmitt as a commercial real estate agent. As a licensed salesperson in Nebraska, she provides comprehensive brokerage services for all property types, with a specific focus on retail.

In addition to her real estate practice, Schmitt is a Salon Distribution Sales Consultant for Beauty Craft. Beauty Craft is a leading beauty distributor serving salon owners and beauty professionals throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. In her role as an outside sales representative, she works directly with salon owners to support the growth of their business through professional products, education, strategic planning and ongoing partnership. Over the years, Schmitt has built strong relationships within the beauty industry and gained firsthand insight into the unique challenges and opportunities salon owners face. Schmitt has gained experience that now allows her to bring an added level of understanding and value to her work in commercial real estate with NAI NP Dodge.

Earlier in her career, Schmitt worked in medical staffing as both a recruiter and client manager for RTG Medical, Prime Time Healthcare and Medical Solutions.

An Omaha native, Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she majored in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. She and her husband, Erik, are proud to call Omaha home and share a strong passion for entrepreneurship, business growth and the local community. Through Erik’s involvement with The Men’s Health Clinic and Swing365, the couple has firsthand experience with the excitement and challenges that come with growing local businesses, giving Schmitt and even deeper appreciation for the role commercial real estate plays in helping businesses establish roots, expand and thrive.
