Scope of Experience
Emily joined NAI NP Dodge in 2017 as a Graphic Designer & Media Specialist. Since then, she has built a reputation for visually-driven, strategic marketing that supports agents, listings, and local businesses. Her work has included layout design for print and digital, company video direction, animation, and targeted advertising. She also manages the company’s social media platforms, with an increased focus on short-form video content to boost engagement and visibility.
In 2018, Emily earned her drone pilot’s license and continues to capture in-house aerial photography and videography to enhance marketing materials. In 2022, she was promoted to Director of Marketing, where she now leads the firm’s overall marketing strategy and execution. She proudly served on the NAI Global Marketing Council from 2023-2024, where she shaped marketing strategy and creative design decisions for over 300 NAI offices worldwide. Emily contributes regularly to NAI NP Dodge company leadership meetings, offering insight on brand growth, team development, and cross-department collaboration.
In 2025, Emily played a key role as the Coordinator for the Midwest Regional, a gathering of the NAI Midwest offices for a two-day networking and conference event. She managed everything from venue selection and email communication to branded signage, event website development, and promotional design. The project strengthened her skills in event strategy, relationship management, and brand storytelling.
She is passionate about bringing the NAI NP Dodge brand to life through thoughtful design, digital media, and creative leadership—and she’s always looking for new ways to elevate commercial real estate marketing.
