Stephanie works in brokerage sales. She recently sold an 18,000 square foot industrial building at 21866 Williams Circle in Gretna, Nebraska. She also sold a free-standing retail building in Bennington, NE. Stephanie provides representation to landlord/owners and tenants. As a tenant representative, Stephanie determines the five critical real estate needs of her small, medium, and large business clients and helps each business find the right location, demographics, traffic counts, amenities, and building to best suit their business needs. TreeHouse Foods is a client. As a proud commercial real estate agent, Stephanie takes care to do business with integrity and respects her clients and their time. Background & Experience

Stephanie and her husband Eric Clark have been real estate investors since 2004. They developed a single parcel at 34th and Davenport Street into four separate parcels and built four single family homes that sold for between $330,000-$350,000 each, called Gifford Park Rows. In 2013, Eric and Stephanie started Exigent Resolutions, Inc., an engineering consultancy. In 2015, Stephanie left Mutual of Omaha, a Fortune 500 Company, where she managed 28 case managers in life underwriting to follow her passion in real estate. In addition to Gifford Park Rows, Eric and Stephanie are partners in Uptown Home Company, an urban developer of 132 single-family, for sale row homes in the Leavenworth and Gifford Park neighborhoods of Midtown Omaha.

Education

Stephanie has a master's degree in political science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is a published and contributing writer of the white paper "Eliminating Space Debris: Applied Technology and Policy Prescriptions" for US STRATCOM's (Department of Defense) Global Innovations and Strategy Center.
