Stephanie's focus is in the areas of office, retail, and urban land sales. She works in the areas of Landlord and Tenant representation and provides Landlord representation for retail centers such as Blondo 120, Southwestern Plaza, and Starwood Plaza. Stephanie has been a real estate investor since 2004 and recently developed four new construction single-family homes in the Gifford Park Neighborhood of Midtown Omaha. Stephanie is Vice President of Engineered Properties, a development business and Vice President of Exigent Resolutions, an engineering consultancy. She practices commercial real estate sales while also working on urban infill projects. Prior to joining NAI NP Dodge, Stephanie worked for more than 20 years in various corporate roles including in management at Mutual of Omaha, a Fortune 500 company.
