Licensed in both Nebraska & Iowa, Sam delivers a full range of commercial real estate services to the Greater Omaha area and the Council Bluffs Area. She has experience in the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Prior to joining NAI NP Dodge, Sam interned at Union Pacific Railroad, where she negotiated land and track agreements. Sam's client-centric approach to her real estate practice enables her to provide personalized solutions that cater to individual needs, while fostering strong and lasting relationships.
