Scope of Service Experience

Ralston-native Craig Forman has worked in the commercial real estate industry in Omaha since graduating from Northwestern University in 1991. He was Vice President, Brokerage and Development for Seldin Company prior to joining NAI NP Dodge.
Craig specializes in landlord / tenant representation and development. He represents retailers throughout the Midwest and beyond including: RadioShack, Payless ShoeSource-Collective Brands, Garden Ridge, GameStop, Sportsman’s Haircut, Peel’s Salon Services, Hastings Entertainment, Soccer Internationale, Premier Rental, Julio’s, Spaghetti Works, Délice European Bakery, Yum! Brands-Taco Bell and Zio’s Pizzeria. He will continue to represent General Services Administration (GSA) with Jones Lang LaSalle on build-to-suit and relocation opportunities for government offices in Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
