Omaha, Neb. (February 12, 2010) - Tom Failla has been promoted to senior vice president at NAI NP Dodge.

Failla has been in the real estate business for more than 15 years and has consistently been a top producer at NAI NP Dodge.

“Tom has continually led the office in both production and leadership,” said Jan Kratky, president of NAI NP Dodge. “He has made tremendous contributions to the success of our company.”

Failla specializes in the development of strip centers and land within the Midwest and has successfully completed real estate transactions with many local and national companies. He has been involved in the development of several prestigious projects around Omaha, including the West Dodge Medical Plaza, the West Dodge Professional Plaza and The Plaza in Council Bluffs.

Failla attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a licensed real estate agent in both Nebraska and Iowa, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
